Science Museum Lates are an opportunity for an adult audience between 18 and 35 to engage with and be inspired by different events, activities and demonstrations around a scientific subject. Lates are free and happen on the last Wednesday of every month (except December) with between 3000 - 4500 people in attendance. We have been offered the opportunity to submit work for the Science Museum Lates March 2023.
The Brief from conspiracy theories to deep fakes, cryptocurrency and NFTs, 3D printed quantum counterfeits to lab created meat. As our world becomes increasingly digital and feels less tangible where do we draw the line on what we consider real or fake and how does this affect our take on reality? You may wish to tap into the unsettling notions some viewers are left with after being forced to question some of their long-held beliefs and assumptions about the world they live in.
